Service and user experience strategy and design 

Project: Provide valuable services to financial advisers to help them become increasingly customer-centric and support them in the marketing and growth of their business.

As Principal in Continuum’s Digital and Service Design practice our team collaborated with a multi-disciplinary Vanguard management, marketing, and design team to identify, design, and implement opportunities to create new services for independent financial advisors. Our deep immersion in the world of financial advisors helped us identify what has been launched as the Client Communication Center on Vanguard’s Advisor site. The service helps advisors deepen their client relationships. The service’s tools, coaching, and resources let them create personalized client communications, conduct more effective client meetings, enhance your client acquisition and retention efforts and can help grow the practice.

Activities: User research, personas, concept development, concept validation with users, information architecture, interaction design, visual interface design, build kit.
