Design management, experience strategy and design 

Project: Support Adidas Innovation Team and their European marketing partners as they launch their first major digital product/service, the virtual personal fitness system named miCoach.

As Principal, User Experience and Director, Strategic Design at Molecular/Isobar our design, development and project management team worked with diverse Adidas stakeholders and a diverse group of external collaborators to launch Adidas’ personal fitness competitor to Nike+. Molecular’s in-house user experience design team played a pivotal role in coordinating a “creative collaborative” of diverse talents in creating visuals, music, sound, video and copy.

Activities: User research, personas, concept development, concept validation with users, information architecture, interaction design, sound design, visual interface design, brand and communications strategy, launch support, and more.
